How To Heal Lung Damage In Starfield
The easy to way fix this is to visit a doctor. Tell them you want to be patched up, and they will heal you and your lung damage for a price.
If you have an Injector item in your aid menu you can also use that. The Injector will heal any lung damage and a few other things as well. You can pick them up from general stores and doctors on the planets. Sometimes enemies will drop them as well.
I’m not sure what triggers it healing, but I had it randomly heal one time. I was hanging out at my outpost and it said I got cured. So maybe it also cures with time.
