You won’t have to play long to get some more HP pots in PoP The Lost Crown. Keep going until you reach The Haven, the hub with shops and NPCs. When you can speak to the lady at the tent, she can sell you items and do upgrades. Go over to the upgrade tab, and you can see that you can buy more HP potions and heal for more from her upgrades. The first one is 500 gems, which you can get from training or from grinding out enemies.

After you get the first one, you might see that the next upgrade isn’t available. As you progress in the story, her upgrades restock. I’m currently at three potions so you can get that many at least. If you upgrade the amulet that gives you extra HP at the trees, it gives you one extra bar of HP per upgrade.
