Dragon’s Dogma 2 Specializations Guide
Customizing your Pawn with powerful Specializations comes with many benefits. This Dragon’s Dogma 2 Specializations Guide covers everything you need to know, including where to find hidden specializations, how to equip them to Pawns, and what each specialization does.
What Are Specializations
Specializations are unique abilities that you can assign to your Pawn, the ally you create at the beginning of the game that follows you on your adventure. The Specialization feature takes up one of the two slots in the Traits section.
The first trait, Inclination, is the Pawns personality. The other section, Specialization, is where it impacts the behavior of the Pawn. For example, the Forager Specialization will give your Pawn the ability to mark enhancement materials on your map.
How To Equip Specializations
Once you obtain a Specialization, small scroll-like items, you can find them under the Implements section of the inventory. You then simply select the Tome you want to use and then select your Pawn.
It’s worth noting that in order to teach your Pawn a Specialization, the Pawn must be within range of your main character.
